Return and Refund Policy

At ArtBring Studio, we’re committed to your satisfaction with our art prints, canvas prints, and handmade oil paintings on canvas. We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure you love your purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Applies to: All art prints, canvas prints, and handmade oil paintings (excluding custom orders).

  • Timeframe: You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery if you’re not completely satisfied.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Handmade oil paintings must remain unaltered and in the condition received.

  • Process: To initiate a return, email us at support@artbring.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions and an authorization code.

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a full refund (minus return shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Special Features for Handmade Oil Paintings

  • Preview Option: For handmade oil paintings, you may request a photo of the completed artwork before shipping during checkout. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, our skilled painters will revise it until you’re satisfied, at no extra charge.

  • Post-Delivery Adjustments: If you receive your painting and desire further revisions, contact us within 30 days. Return shipping for revisions is at your expense, but adjustments are complimentary. Alternatively, you may opt for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Frames

  • Availability: Frames are only available as part of a framed artwork package and cannot be purchased separately.

  • Final Sale Policy: The sale of frames is final and non-refundable due to high shipping costs.

  • Damaged Frames: If a frame arrives damaged, we will issue a refund for the frame portion of your order. The artwork itself remains covered under our 30-day return policy.

  • Returning Artwork: If you wish to return framed artwork, you must first remove the artwork from the frame and return the artwork only. The frame does not need to be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If any product—art print, canvas print, or handmade oil painting—arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.

Lifetime Warranty (Handmade Oil Paintings Only)

Our handmade oil paintings come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing or material defects under normal use. This covers issues like cracking or fading due to craftsmanship but excludes damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care. Contact us at support@artbring.com for warranty claims, and we’ll repair or replace the painting free of charge, depending on the extent of the damage. Frames are not included in this warranty.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Handmade oil paintings or framed artworks created to your specific requirements (e.g., portraits or unique designs) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or significantly differ from the agreed specifications. Approved custom pieces cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Pre-Approved Paintings: If you’ve approved a photo of your handmade oil painting before shipping, it’s ineligible for return unless defective.

  • Third-Party Purchases: The money-back guarantee applies only to the original buyer and cannot be used for gifts or third-party orders returned after delivery.

Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Note that shipping large items, such as framed artworks, can be costly, and these costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Important Notes

  • Refunds or cancellations cannot be requested based solely on photos of the artwork. You must receive and examine the item in person before initiating a return.
