Kokoelma: Annibale Carracci

Annibale Carracci (1560–1609) was an Italian Baroque painter and co-founder of the Carracci family art school.

Carracci’s art blended classical ideals with naturalism. His frescoes and religious paintings exhibit dynamic compositions, emotional intensity, and a revival of classical aesthetics. His influence extended to later Baroque artists and the development of the Baroque style.
