Order Processing Time
- Art Prints and Canvas Prints: 3-5 business days
- Handmade Oil Paintings: 2-4 weeks
Processing time begins once your payment is confirmed and reflects the period from order placement to when your item leaves our studio. For art prints and canvas prints, this includes preparing and printing your selection. For handmade oil paintings, the process encompasses the time our experienced painters spend crafting your artwork, as well as drying periods between layers.
Our handmade oil paintings are created with care by skilled artists with years of experience. Depending on the complexity of the piece, artist availability, and size, processing may extend up to 6 weeks for particularly intricate or large orders. Oil paint, made from pigments suspended in drying oil, requires time to dry between layers—a process influenced by humidity and weather conditions. While we strive for efficiency, these natural factors mean exact drying times can vary, ensuring your painting is ready to ship only when fully cured.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping (EMS): 10-20 business days
- Express Shipping (EMS): 5-7 business days
Packaging
We prioritize the safe delivery of your artwork. Each product is packaged with high-quality materials suited to its type—art prints, canvas prints, and handmade oil paintings are all carefully protected. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure proper handling, with no additional shipping fees applied.
Tracking
After your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow its progress online at your convenience.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Our goal is to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time. In rare cases, packages may be delayed, damaged, delivered to an incorrect address, or accepted by someone on your behalf (e.g., a family member, neighbor, or colleague). If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t reach you, please reach out to us promptly, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
